Our games play offline, show no ads and collect no personal data

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Ducie Dev ("we", "our", "us") handles information in all mobile games published by Ducie Dev (our "Games") and on our website duciedev.com. It applies to every Ducie Dev game unless that game's store listing says otherwise.

2. Information We Collect

Our Games do not collect personal information. They have no user accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no online features. They do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and they do not send any information from your device to us.

The only information we receive is what you choose to send us yourself, for example when you email us.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

To work properly, a Game may save a small amount of data locally on your device only, such as:

  • your game progress (for example your current level),
  • game settings, and
  • your answer to the age confirmation shown when you first open the Game.

This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data.

4. Advertising

Our Games contain no advertising and no advertising SDKs, and they do not use advertising identifiers.

5. Analytics and Tracking

Our Games contain no analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or tracking services. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share any personal data.

6. Internet Access and Permissions

Our Games work offline and do not request internet access or other sensitive device permissions. Some Games include buttons that open pages outside the Game, such as this Privacy Policy in your web browser or the Game's page in the Amazon Appstore. Those pages are handled by your browser or the Appstore under their own privacy terms.

7. In-App Purchases

Our Games have no in-app purchases.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Games are intended for players aged 13 or older, and each Game asks you to confirm your age the first time you open it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information (for example by email), please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Our Website

duciedev.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. Our pages load the "Outfit" font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request (see Google's Privacy Policy). If you contact us by email (the contact page simply opens your own email app), we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them once your request is resolved, or after 12 months at the latest.

10. App Stores

Our Games are distributed through third-party app stores such as the Amazon Appstore. When you download a Game, the store may collect information about you and your device under its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal information about you from the store.

11. Your Rights

Because our Games do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete from them; you can remove the data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data. If you have contacted us, you can ask us to show, correct or delete the messages we hold by emailing support@duciedev.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change how our Games or website handle information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. If a future Game ever needs to handle data differently, we will describe it here and in that Game's store listing before it is released.
